RUN AS ADMIN
For those that are getting the message about it not being found, what you need to do is extract the whole file from rar to your desktop and then open it up go to app, then go to the Photoshop file, then scroll all the way down to the Photoshop application and run that as an admin and it should work then. Also, if you make a shortcut out of that app then you have to keep the whole file on your desktop or else it will not open up. If you don't make a shortcut then you will have to open it up from the app file everytime.
This is how I got mine to work.

They're all portable so they don't need keygens and all of them are less than 100MB. With these you can do everything you can do with Full Versions...
